Common questions

Will applying affect my profile?

The initial application uses a soft inquiry flow. A hard inquiry only appears if you move into a specific lender process that requires it, and that step should be disclosed before it happens.

What happens after I upload documents?

Your file is reviewed against your current stage so Fundboo can identify missing items, update the workflow, and move you into the next step without losing sequence.

What should I do when a bureau replies?

Upload the reply inside the Dispute Center so it becomes part of the active file. That keeps the dispute lane current and avoids work getting stranded outside the platform.

Do you support FTC and identity-document flows?

Yes. The platform is built to track FTC escalation support and the supporting items often required with those packets, including ID and utility-bill documentation when applicable.

How quickly will Fundboo respond?

Support requests are reviewed during business hours. For most standard inquiries, email responses are typically handled within one business day.
