2. No guarantee of results
Fundboo is designed to help you pursue an improved profile and funding position. We make no representations, promises, or guarantees regarding specific score outcomes, item deletions, lender approvals, or funding amounts. Results vary based on the accuracy of the information on your profile, bureau and furnisher responses, and the completeness of materials you provide.
3. Fee structure
Fees for dispute services are charged only for work performed. Your subscription or tier fee is disclosed at checkout and on the pricing page. Fundboo does not charge for services that have not yet been rendered. Recurring subscriptions (Monitor, Optimize) are billed on the cycle you selected and can be canceled at any time. Fund tier is a one-time payment for the bundled engagement.
4. Your right to sue
You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
5. Your rights under FCRA and CROA
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to obtain a copy of your credit file from each of the national consumer reporting agencies, dispute inaccurate information directly with the bureaus and the furnisher of the information, and have inaccurate or unverifiable information removed. You have the right to sue furnishers and bureaus for violations. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. 1679 et seq.), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your profile yourself without any charge, receive a written contract before any services are performed, and cancel this agreement as described in section 1.
A complete statement of your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act is available from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.
